INTBAU UK Ltd was created and registered as a UK Charity (no. 1132362) in 2009.* It is a subsidiary company of The Prince's Foundation for the Built Environment, and acts as the Central Office for INTBAU, including employing the General Manager and Administrator, and co-ordinating Chapter activities. At present, it does not function as a Chapter and does not undertake its own activities.

INTBAU UK is governed by three Trustees and administered by Aura Woodward and Harriet Wennberg. Its activities are directed by the INTBAU College of Chapters.
