INTBAU Friend membership comes with Member-level benefits as well as invitations to exclusive events and the use of the Library at Charlotte Road (London).
The INTBAU College of Traditional Practitioners is a peak international professional body for practitioners in traditional urban design, architecture and the building arts who have produced a sustained output of traditional work of the highest quality over at least 5 years of practice.
Application is by form, submission of portfolio and payment of a non-refundable fee of £50 (€75 or $75). Each applicant is required to submit a body of work of a high standard, created over a period of at least 5 years.

- Recommendation of the member's work to potential developers
- Association with a peak international professional body
