Above, members of the ICC in Sibiu, Romania, September 2007. From left to right: Audun Engh (Norway), Aura Neag (Romania), Arne Sødal (Chair of the Committee of Honour), Ralph Boom (Germany), Robert Adam (Chair), Matthew Hardy (Secretary), Allan Strus (Estonia), Michael Mehaffy (USA). Since 2007, The International Network for Traditional Building, Architecture & Urbanism has been directed by its College of Chapters. Each INTBAU Chapter has one representative in the College and one vote. The INTBAU College of Chapters replaced the Management Committee which was initially formed of 14 members, some of whom continue to serve in the College of Chapters in an advisory capacity. The foundation of the INTBAU College of Chapters was the result of the rapid expansion of INTBAU and the growing number of projects initiated by national Chapters. In 2005 INTBAU India and INTBAU Germany were founded. In 2006, two more Chapters were set up in Scandinavia and Nigeria. In 2007, INTBAU Romania, INTBAU USA, INTBAU Canada and INTBAU Iran were established. In 2008, INTBAU Australia, INTBAU Italy and INTBAU Poland were founded, followed by INTBAU Cuba, INTBAU Cyprus, INTBAU Ireland and INTBAU Russia in 2009. The latest Chapter of INTBAU was set up in 2011 in the Netherlands. The Chair of the INTBAU College of Chapters is Robert Adam. The INTBAU College of Chapters meets regularly at least once a year and decides the future projects of the charity. The 2011 annual meeting of the INTBAU College of Chapters took place on 10 February 2011 in London, UK.
